1 | teaspoon | Lowry's seasoned salt |
1 | pounds | Ground ham (I use spam) |
1 | cup | Mayonnaise (I use less) |
1 | teaspoon | Catsup |
2 | tablespoons | Oleo |
2 | tablespoons | Flour |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | cup | Milk |
½ | pounds | Grated cheese |

From: "Sue Weinstein" <SWEI@...> Date: Mon, 14 Aug 1995 20:37:45 GMT This is a family favorite! Scoop out yolks and put in bowl. To yolks add seasoned salt, ham, mayonnaise and catsup. Fill yolk mixture into egg halves and spread sauce on top. Sauce: Mix all ingredients.
Bake at 325 degrees about 30 minutes in shallow casserole. (5 dozen eggs serves about 40 people)
