Bruschetta with a twist

Ingredients

1 | 19 oz.can white kidney beans drained and rinsed | |
1 | clove | Garlic, chopped |
3 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
½ | teaspoon | Paprika |
Salt and freshly ground pepper | ||
1 | Italian baguette sliced | |
1 | bunch | Arugula leaves, shredded |
1 | cup | Roasted red pepper strips |
Directions
Puree beans, garlic, oil and paprika in a food processor or blender.
Season with salt and pepper. Grill baquette slices until golden.
