Bruschetta with tomatoes and basil

8 Plum tomatoes; chopped
¾ cup Basil; fresh and chopped
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 clove Garlic; finely chopped
Salt and pepper
1 Loaf sourdough or baguette

Directions
