Bruschetta with peaches and cheese

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Fresh Homemade Cheese; (see recipe) or
1 cup Ricotta Cheese; blended with
2 tablespoons Orange Juice
1 Ripe Peach; sliced
4 slices Crusty White Bread
1 pinch Salt

Directions

Bring the cheese and peach to room temperature. Grill or broil the bread until lightly toasted on both sides. Spread the cheese on the warm bread, sprinkle with salt and arrange peach slices on top. Serve immediately.
