Buffalo chicken wings (kikkoman)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
30 Chicken drumettes; OR... Chicken wings (tips discarded)
3 tablespoons Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Tabasco pepper sauce
¾ cup Light sour cream
2 tablespoons Minced green onions
1 teaspoon Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce

Directions

LIGHT ONION DIP

Rinse chicken and pat dry; place in large plastic bag with mixture of lite soy sauce and pepper sauce. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Refrigerate 15 minutes, turning bag over occasionally.

Reserving marinade, place chicken, side by side, on large rack on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake in 425 F. oven 25 minutes. Turn chicken over, baste with reserved marinade and bake 25 minutes longer. Serve with Light Onion Dip.

LIGHT ONION DIP: Blend ¾ cup light sour cream, 2 Tbsp. minced green onions and 1 teaspoon Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce.

Makes 4 to 6 appetizer servings.
