Bunter wurstsalat - colorful sausage salad

Ingredients

2 Bell peppers; red
4 Pickles
11 ounces Fleischwurst - plain meat sausage
11 ounces Boiled ham
14 ounces Edam cheese
4 Tomatoes
10 Stuffed olives
3 Eggs; hardboiled
8 tablespoons Mayonnaise
4 tablespoons Yoghurt
2 tablespoons Vinegar
Salt and black pepper
Garlic powder
Tabasco sauce
Lettuce leaves
1 tablespoon Chives, sliced

Directions

Wash and dry the bell peppers, quarter them and clean them. Cut the peppers, pickles, sausage, ham and cheese in slices. Wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut them in octagons and cut out the green bits. Halve the olives.

Peel the eggs and cut them in octagons. Mix everything together. Stir mayonnaise, yoghurt, vinegar and seasoning into a sauce. Use the large lettuce leaves to line a bowl. Mix the salad and sauce and put it on the salad leaves. Sprinkle the chives on it before serving.
