1 pounds Presskopf - a type of headcheese
2 Bell peppers, green
1 pounds Tomatoes; peeled and de-seeded
Onion
Parsley; chopped
Thyme
Salt
Pepper
Vinegar
Oil

Directions

Cut the Presskopf and bell peppers in slices, cube the tomatoes and mix both with the onion cubes, chopped parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil and garnish with parsley.
