Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
300 grams Mortadella or similar sausage
150 grams Pickles
1 Onion
Some Parsley
Oil
Vinegar
Pepper
Some Chili powder
Salt

Directions

Cut sausage and pickles into stripes. Mix. Add spices, vinegar and oil.

Stir well. Store in refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Cut onion to rings. Spread onion rings and cut parsley on top.
