Butter bean pate

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 teaspoon Olive oil
2 eaches Garlic cloves, minced
1 cup Onion, minced
cup Carrots, minced
cup Parsley, minced
cup Butter beans, cooked
1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon Tamari

Directions

Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Saute garlic, onion, carrot & parsley for 5 minutes. Puree the beans with remaining ingredients until smooth. Add sauteed vegetables.

Transfer to an oiled decorative serving dish & refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
