Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 420 g tin cannellini beans; drained
1 420 g tin red kidney beans; drained
1 400 g tin flageolet beans; drained
4 tablespoons Sundried tomato paste
4 tablespoons Vegetable stock or water
1 Lime; juice of
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend well until mixed.

Put into a 900ml (1½ pint) ceramic dish, and chill until required.
