1 | 420 g tin cannellini beans; drained | |
1 | 420 g tin red kidney beans; drained | |
1 | 400 g tin flageolet beans; drained | |
4 | tablespoons | Sundried tomato paste |
4 | tablespoons | Vegetable stock or water |
1 | Lime; juice of | |
Salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend well until mixed.
Put into a 900ml (1½ pint) ceramic dish, and chill until required.
