C&h brown sugar cornbread muffins

Ingredients

cup Cornmeal
½ cup All-purpose flour
¼ cup C and H Dark Brown sugar,
Packed
4 teaspoons Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Milk
Egg, beaten
¼ cup (1/2 stick) melted butter
Or margarine

Directions

Mix together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Combine milk, egg, and melted butter.

Add to cornmeal mixture. Stir to mix just until moist. Fill 12 greased muffin pans ⅔ full. Bake in 425 oven 20 minutes until muffins are golden brown. Makes 12 muffins.
