Cabbage with apples

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each Cabbage, head, wedge cut
1 each Red apple, cored, sliced
½ cup Dairy sour cream
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
3 tablespoons Lemon juice

Directions

* Cut cabbages into 6 wedges. Cook in small amount of boiling salted water 5 minutes. Add apple and cook for 3 minutes more, until tender. Drain. * Combine remaining ingredients. Heat through but do not boil. Pour on cabbage and serve hot.
