1 | Garlic clove, peeled and crushed | |
2 inch length cucumber, peeled and chopped | ||
1 | tablespoon | Freshly chopped mint |
1 | tablespoon | Freshly chopped parsley |
Extra chopped mint, to garnish |
Directions
Drain off any liquid from the yogurt, place in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients, except garnish, and mix well. Turn into a serving bowl and chill for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with extrac chopped mint to serve.
