Cajun-style chicken nuggets #2

Envelope Lipton Onion Recipe soup Mix
½ cup Plain dry bread crumbs
teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Thyme leaves
¼ teaspoon Ground red pepper
2 pounds Boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

Directions

Microwave Directions: In a large bowl, combine onion recipe soup mix, bread crumbs, chili powder, cumin, thyme and pepper. Dip chicken in bread crumb mixture, coating well.

Arrange chicken in 13x9-inch microwave-safe baking dish, then drizzle with 2 to 3 tablespoons oil. Microwave uncovered at HIGH (Full Power) 6 minutes or until chicken is done, rearranging chicken once; drain on paper towels. Serve warm and, if desired, with assorted mustards. Makes about 5 dozen nuggets.

Conventional Directions: Prepare chicken as above. In large skillet, heat ½ inch oil and cook chicken over medium heat, turning once, until done; drain on paper towels. Serve as above.
