Cal's mock lobster salad

Ingredients

1½ | Stalks Celery -- chopped | |
1 | small | Onion -- chopped |
3 | Hard-Cooked Eggs -- chopped | |
1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
½ | teaspoon | Celery Seed |
¾ | cup | Tomato Juice |
1 | cup | Tomatoes, Canned |
Salt And Pepper -- to taste |
Directions
Combine crackers with celery, onions, and eggs. Blend mayonnaise with celery seed, tomato juice, and canned tomatoes. Stir into first mixture and season to taste. Makes 8 servings.
