Lobster noodle salad

Ingredients

5 | ounces | Can of lobster (or fresh) |
2 | cups | Cooked alphabet noodles |
¼ | cup | Chopped celery |
3 | tablespoons | Stuffed olives, sliced |
1 | tablespoon | Green onions, thinly sliced |
Salt, sprinkle | ||
⅓ | cup | Mayonnaise |
1 | tablespoon | Cream or milk |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
4 | Lettuce cups (or shredded) | |
2 | Tomatoes in wedges | |
Salt and pepper, sprinkle |
Directions
Combine lobster, noodles, celery, olives and onions in bowl. Sprinkle with salt.
In small bowl mix mayonnaise, cream and lemon juice. Add to salad. Toss lightly.
Arrange lettuce on plates. Spoon lobster mixture over lettuce with tomato wedge for garnish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serves 4 Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@... Source: Company's Coming Salads.
