Lobster noodle salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 ounces Can of lobster (or fresh)
2 cups Cooked alphabet noodles
¼ cup Chopped celery
3 tablespoons Stuffed olives, sliced
1 tablespoon Green onions, thinly sliced
Salt, sprinkle
cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Cream or milk
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
4 Lettuce cups (or shredded)
2 Tomatoes in wedges
Salt and pepper, sprinkle

Directions

Combine lobster, noodles, celery, olives and onions in bowl. Sprinkle with salt.

In small bowl mix mayonnaise, cream and lemon juice. Add to salad. Toss lightly.

Arrange lettuce on plates. Spoon lobster mixture over lettuce with tomato wedge for garnish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serves 4 Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@... Source: Company's Coming Salads.
