1 | teaspoon | Red pepper flakes |

1 | cup | Fat-free Cheddar cheese; grated |

Cook until tender. Then, add beans, tomatoes, water, turkey, chili powder, coriander, red pepper flakes, and salt. Simmer 25 minutes.
