Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1½ pack GRAHAM CRACKERS; crushed
5 tablespoons BUTTER; melted
½ cup PECANS; chopped
⅓ cup SUGAR
32 ounces CREAM CHEESE; unwrapped and warmed in Microwave 2 minutes
1¼ cup SUGAR
¼ cup CORNSTARCH
5 JUMBO EGGS; out of shell and warmed in Microwave 25 seconds.
1 cup SOUR CREAM
2 cups APPLE; chopped and peeled
1½ teaspoon APPLE PIE SPICE -or-
1 teaspoon Cinnamon -and-
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
½ cup CARAMEL TOPPING (such as ice cream_

CAKE

** CRUST: Mix and press into bottom and sides of 10" springform pan. Bake at 350-degrees for 10 minutes. Remove crust from oven and place a pan of water in the bottom of the oven.
