Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Cream
cup Corn sirup
1 cup Butter or butter substitute
1 cup Chopped nuts
Few grains salt

Directions

Boil all together except the nuts and 1 cup cream. Boil 30 minutes.

Add the second cup of cream and boil to a firm ball stage (248 F).
