Caraway brandy (or vodka)

Quantity Ingredient
1 Bottle brandy or vodka
1 ounce Caraway seeds
3 ounces Sugar

Directions

Bruise the seeds and put them into the spirit with the sugar. Cap firmly, shake well and leave in a warm place for a few days to dissolve the sugar. Infuse for a month, then strain through double muslin and rebottle.
