Ingredients

4 cups Chopped seedless watermelon (or remove seeds from regular watermelon)
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh mint
¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Lime juice
¼ cup Sugar
cup Chopped red onion
1 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill before serving.
