Ingredients

1 | x | Head of cabbage(3lb) |
1 | x | Green pepper, medium,sliced |
1 | x | Bermuda onion, sliced |
1 | cup | Sugar |
1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
1 | cup | Cider vinegar |
1 | teaspoon | Celery salt |
1 | teaspoon | Celery seed |
⅔ | cup | Vegetable oil |
Directions
Quarter, core and slice cabbage finely. Combine with green pepper and onion.
Bring remaining ingredients to a boil, pour over cabbage mix and toss well. Cool, cover and refrigerate. Improves with age.
