Carousel gelatin cups

| Cool Whip whipped topping; thawed | ||
Directions
PREPARE gelatin as directed on package. Pour into individual serving dishes. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Arrange eookies around inside rim of each dish. Garnish with whipped topping.
