Carrot-miso pate

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Carrots, sliced
3 eaches Slices ginger
2 eaches Green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons Mellow white miso
1 tablespoon Maple syrup

Directions

Steam carrots, ginger & green onions until the the carrots are tender, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a food processor & blend until smooth along with the remaining ingredients. Spoon into a dish & serve.
