Carrot-miso pate

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

2 | cups | Carrots, sliced |
3 | eaches | Slices ginger |
2 | eaches | Green onions, chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Mellow white miso |
1 | tablespoon | Maple syrup |
Directions
Steam carrots, ginger & green onions until the the carrots are tender, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a food processor & blend until smooth along with the remaining ingredients. Spoon into a dish & serve.
