Castel coconut macaroon cookies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2⅔ cup Coconut flakes
cup Sugar
½ cup All-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
6 Egg whites
1 teaspoon Almond extract
1 cup Almonds; chopped

Directions

Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Stir in egg whites and extract.

Stir in almonds. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 325ø for 20 to 25 minutes.
