Cauliflower with garlic and sesame seeds

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 large Cauliflower broken into florets
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 clove Garlic; minced
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds seasoning to taste boiling salted water to cover florets

Directions

Place cauliflower in rapidly boiling salted water. Boil 2 - 4 minutes. Drain well.

In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. When hot, add garlic and saute until lightly browned. Add sesame seeds and stir for one minute.

Add cauliflower florets and stir to coat with seeds and garlic.

Add seasoning to taste.
