Cauliflower with vinegar sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each Onion, chopped
2 eaches Garlic cloves finely chopped
1 cup Green bell pepper, chopped
teaspoon Olive oil
cup Cauliflower florets
3 tablespoons Vegetable stock
3 tablespoons White wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Paprika
1 teaspoon Cumin, ground
¼ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Saute the onion, garlic & bell pepper in oil for 3 minutes. They should all be slightly softened. Add the rest of the ingredients, cover & simmer until the cauliflower is tender, no longer than 10 minutes. Ser e immediately.
