Caviar dip

1 cup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Whipping cream
3 tablespoons Caviar
2 tablespoons Onion; minced
Hard cooked eggs; sliced
Toast rounds or Melbas

Directions

Fold the caviar and onion into the heavy cream. Serve with sliced egg on Melba toast or similar crackers.

To reduce fat try low-fat sour cream and yogurt combined with just a dash of sugar and thinned with a bit of milk in place of the cream.
