4 cups Canned black eyed peas; drained and rinsed
1 can White hominy; drained (18 oz)
2 Tomatoes; chopped
1 cup Chopped green pepper
½ cup Chopped onion
4 Green olives; sliced
1 Jalapeno pepper; seeded and chopped
2 teaspoons Minced garlic
1 cup Italian salad dressing
Snipped fresh cilantro
Tortilla chips
Sour cream

Directions

Combine black-eyed peas and next 7 ingredients. Mix well. Stir in salad dressing. Cover and chill 1 or 2 days. To serve, garnish with cilantro and sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips. Yield: 2 quarts.
