Caviar sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Onion juice
2 teaspoons Capers
¼ cup Caviar; lumpfish or other economical red type

Directions

Mix all the ingredients and serve on baked potatoes, salmon steaks and other fish dishes, in lieu of Tartar sauce for batter fried fish or as a dip for assorted raw vegetables.
