Celery and potato casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Celery; thinly sliced
3 cups Potatoes, raw; thinly sliced
cup Onions; thinly sliced
3 tablespoons Flour, all-purpose
½ cup Milk
¼ cup Butter (or marg.)
teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper, black

Directions

Fill a 6-cup casserole with alternating layers of celery, potatoes, and onions. Sprinkle flour evenly over each layer. Combine remaining ingredients. Heat and pour over the casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove cover and continue baking until top is brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
