Celery casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Celery; diced
1 can Water chestnuts;
1 can Cream of chicken soup;
1 Section of Ritz creakers;

Directions

Boil diced celery in boiling salted water for 7 minutes. Drain. Won't overcook. Drain and slice water chestnuts. Combine with celery and soup and put in casserole. Melt margarine, crumble Ritz crackers in margarine and sprinkle over casserole. Bake 350 F for 1 hour. NOTE: For large casserole, the celery can be increased.
