Ingredients

2 tablespoons Fat
1 medium Onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic
2 Green peppers; chopped
1 pounds Ground beef
1 cup Fresh tomatoes; chopped
Salt
Chili powder
Tortilla chips
Lettuce
Grated cheese
1 can (16-oz) pinto beans

Directions

Saute first 5 ingredients. Add tomatoes & simmer until thick. Add salt & chili powder to taste. Put a layer of tortilla chips on a plate & add meat sauce. Top with beans, lettuce & cheese. Serves about 4 adults.
