1 | cup | Cheddar cheese |
1 | cup | Monteray cheese |
1 | can | Chopped olives (I use black ones) |
1 | can | Green chiles; chopped |
Directions
Grandma Letha's Recipes: These are from her Bryan family cookbook. The Bryan name was her father's mother's family name. She is also a distant cousin of Daniel Boone's wife Rebecca Bryan! Mix all except cheese. Boil 3-4 boneless chicken breasts, cut up and mix with the above. Don't use any of the liquid-just the chicken. Warm and fill tortillas and roll up and put in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20-25 mins. at 350 F.
