Cheddar-olive tart

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 larges Eggs
cup Cream
4 ounces Cheddar cheese -- grated
½ cup Sliced black olives
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepared tart shell(s)

Directions

You can either bake this in 1 large tart shell or 4 smaller ones.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375F. Beat eggs lightly and mix in all other ingredients. Pour into prepared shell(s). Bake 30 minutes for a large shell, 20 minutes for smaller ones.
