Cherry macadamia nut pancakes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Flour;
½ teaspoon Salt;
6 tablespoons Sugar;
½ teaspoon Baking soda;
1 tablespoon Baking powder;
3 Eggs;
3 cups Buttermilk;
4 tablespoons Butter; melted
1 cup Sundried cherries; soaked in
1 cup Water; 10 minutes & drained
½ cup Macadamia nuts;
cup Whipped cream;

Directions

Sift flour, salt, sugar, baking soda and baking powder into a bowl.

Beat eggs, buttermilk and butter in a second bowl. Mix together wet and dry ingredients and stir until sightly lumpy. Dab ¼ cup on heated, oiled griddle. Sprinkle ½ of cherries and nuts over pancakes before turning on the second on the second side. Serve sprinkled with remaining cherries and nuts, topped with 2 oz whipped cream per serving.
