Chicken/turkey and mushrooms parmesan

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Boned chicken or turkey breasts,cut into strips
¼ cup Chopped onion
2 tablespoons Oil
10¾ ounce Can condensed cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup Water
2 tablespoons Dry sherry wine
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
½ cup Sliced red or green bell pepper
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 Bag Minute Rice Boil in Bag rice,cooked

Directions

Cook and stir chicken and onion in hot oil in a skillet until chicken is lightly browned and onion is tender. Stir in soup, water and wine.

Add mushrooms, peppers and cheese. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.

Top with additional cheese, if desired.
