Turkey and green bean parmesan

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 packs Frozen French-style green beans
3 tablespoons Butter
3 tablespoons Flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
Fresh black pepper
Fresh ground black pepper
½ teaspoon Prepared mustard
cup Milk
cup Mayonnaise
1 Lemon; juice of
1 Lemon peel; grated
2 cups Cooked turkey; cubed
½ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook beans according to package directions, drain. Melt butter & flour & blend in salt, pepper & mustard. Add milk & cook until smooth & thick.

Remove from heat. Fold in mayonnaise, lemon peel & juice. Stir in turkey.

Spread beans on bottom of shallow baking dish. Pour in turkey mixture. Top with cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350. Serves 6.
