Drained (reserve 1/3 cup- | ||
Juice for chicken marinade | ||
1 | cup | Prepared Salsa |
1 | pack | Good Seasons Ranch- |
Salad Dressing Mix | ||
6 | eaches | Chicken breast halves- |
Boneless and skinless | ||
½ | cup | Tomato, finely chopped |
¼ | cup | Green Pepper, finely chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Cilantro, chopped (optional) |
Directions
CHUNKY SALSA
SALSA: Mix all salsa ingredients together. Store covered to serve with chicken. Makes 2 cups.
CHICKEN: Mix salad dressing, juice and dressing mix. Spread mixture over chicken; cover. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes to marinate. Heat grill. Remove chicken from marinade; place on grill over medium coals. Grill, covered, 8-10 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serve with Chunky Salsa.
