Chicken breasts with chunky salsa (miracle whip)

½ cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
cup Pineapple juice reserved-
From canned pineapple-
(chunky salsa recipe)
1 can 8 oz crushed pineapple-
Drained (reserve 1/3 cup-
Juice for chicken marinade
1 cup Prepared Salsa
1 pack Good Seasons Ranch-
Salad Dressing Mix
6 eaches Chicken breast halves-
Boneless and skinless
½ cup Tomato, finely chopped
¼ cup Green Pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions

CHUNKY SALSA

SALSA: Mix all salsa ingredients together. Store covered to serve with chicken. Makes 2 cups.

CHICKEN: Mix salad dressing, juice and dressing mix. Spread mixture over chicken; cover. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes to marinate. Heat grill. Remove chicken from marinade; place on grill over medium coals. Grill, covered, 8-10 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serve with Chunky Salsa.
