Chicken cacciatorre

Ingredients

2 teaspoons Vegetable oil
1 cup Sliced onions
1 clove Garlic, minced
16 ounces Can chopped tomatoes
8 ounces Can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
½ teaspoon Celery seed
1 Bay leaf
pounds Boneless skinless chicken
¼ cup Dry white wine
2 cups Cooked noodles

Directions

Heat oil in large saucepan. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, sauce, and spices, stirring to blend. Add chicken, cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add wine. Cook, uncovered, 15 minutes. Remove and discard bay leaf before serving. Serve over noodles.
