Chicken casserole ala mom

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Milk
1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
3 eaches Beaten Eggs
cup Pasta Of Choice, Cooked
2 cups Cooked & Cubed Chicken
1 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 cup Shreaded Sharp Cheddar
Cheese
¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
½ pack 16.oz Mixed Vegetables

Directions

Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Blend the milk with the soup in a large mixing bowl and stil in the beated eggs. Add the remaining ingredients, except the Parmesan cheese and mix well. Pour mixture into a deep 2 quart baking dish.

Sprinkle the top with the Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the top comes out clean.

Serve with garlic bread and white wine.

Cooks Notes: Instead of chicken, you can use pork, ham or just plain hamburger.
