Chicken casserole ala mom

Ingredients

1½ | cup | Milk |
1 | can | Cream Of Mushroom Soup |
3 | eaches | Beaten Eggs |
2½ | cup | Pasta Of Choice, Cooked |
2 | cups | Cooked & Cubed Chicken |
1 | cup | Seasoned Bread Crumbs |
1 | cup | Shreaded Sharp Cheddar |
Cheese | ||
¼ | cup | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
½ | pack | 16.oz Mixed Vegetables |
Directions
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend the milk with the soup in a large mixing bowl and stil in the beated eggs. Add the remaining ingredients, except the Parmesan cheese and mix well. Pour mixture into a deep 2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle the top with the Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the top comes out clean.
Serve with garlic bread and white wine.
Cooks Notes: Instead of chicken, you can use pork, ham or just plain hamburger.
