Chicken casserole #01

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Diced; cooked chicken
4 cups Chicken broth
cup Diced celery
1 cup Diced cheese
1 large Onion; diced
2 Eggs; beaten
1 can (10.75-oz) cream of mushroom soup
½ teaspoon Pepper
2 teaspoons Salt
1 cup Water chestnuts (optional)
4 cups Cracker crumbs

Directions

Combine all ingredients except 1 cup cracker crumbs. Pour into large casserole. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.

Serves 8-10.
