Chicken w/ wine and herbs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
Frying chicken
½ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Basil
1 cup Dry white wine
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Wash chicken and cut up. In small amount of Oil, brown chicken pieces on all sides. Pour off excess Oil. Add Wine and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
