Chicken with creamy mustard sauce

Ingredients

cup Water
5 xes Chicken breast halves; skin removed
cup Chicken broth
3 ounces Pkg cream cheese; softened
1 each Garlic clove; minced
2 cups Rotini (8 oz); cooked
¼ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Parsley; fresh chopped

Poach chicken. (Bring water to a boil in a large skillet. Add chicken, salt and pepper; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear.) Meanwhile, in blender container or food processor bowl with metal blade combine all sauce ingredients; blend until smooth. Pour mixture into medium saucepan; cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and is hot, stirring occasionally.

To serve, place hot cooked rotini on serving plate. Top with chicken and sauce. Garnish with parsley.
