Creamy mustard sauce

1 1/4 cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Basic White Sauce
2 tablespoons Onion(s), minced
2 tablespoons Butter Buds Mix, liquefied
½ cup White wine or chicken broth
tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Parsley, minced
Black pepper to taste

Directions

Prepare Basic White Sauce; keep warm. In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook the onion in the Butter Buds until softened. Add the wine and cook until reduced to 2 tbs. Whisk the mixture into the sauce with the remaining ingredients. Stir over low heat until warmed through.
