Creamy mustard sauce

Ingredients

1 | cup | Basic White Sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Onion(s), minced |
2 | tablespoons | Butter Buds Mix, liquefied |
½ | cup | White wine or chicken broth |
1½ | tablespoon | Dijon mustard |
1 | tablespoon | Parsley, minced |
Black pepper to taste |
Directions
Prepare Basic White Sauce; keep warm. In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook the onion in the Butter Buds until softened. Add the wine and cook until reduced to 2 tbs. Whisk the mixture into the sauce with the remaining ingredients. Stir over low heat until warmed through.
