Creamy mustard sauce 2

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Nonfat yogurt
½ cup Nonfat sour cream
1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon (to 2 tbs) red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
¾ teaspoon Dried marjoram
teaspoon Pepper
1 Garlic clove(s), minced

Directions

Combine all the ingredients and stir well. Cover and chill if desired.

Serve with beef, pork, lamb, or poultry.
