Chicken with vinegar peppers

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 pounds Whole chicken, cut up
4 tablespoons Olive oil
4 Garlic cloves, sliced
½ cup Wine vinegar
1 Jar sweet vinegar peppers, sliced, reserve liquid
2 tablespoons Parlsey, chopped
2 Bay leaves
1 teaspoon Oregano
½ pounds Mushrooms, sliced
Salt/pepper

Directions

Brown chicken in olive oil and garlic. Add all other ingredients except for peppers and reserved liquid. Cook uncovered for 45 minutes. Add peppers and liquid. Cover and steam cook for 15 additional minutes.
