Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Peck ripe tomatoes
12 Onions
12 Hot peppers
1 pint Sugar
1 pint Vinegar
3 tablespoons Salt
1 teaspoon Allspice
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Cloves
½ teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Peel & chop tomatoes, onions & peppers. Add remaining ingredients & bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer until thick, stirring constantly. Cook 5-6 hours. Pour into hot, sterilized jars & seal. Makes 6-8 pints.
