Ingredients

24 | larges | Tomatoes; peeled and chopped |
3 | larges | Red peppers; seeded and chopped |
4 | larges | Green peppers; seeded and chopped |
2 | Hot peppers; seeded and chopped (~RE's Mod. add 6-8 Jalapeno's) | |
1 | cup | Sugar |
3 | cups | Cider vinegar |
2 | tablespoons | Salt |
4 | larges | Onions |
2 | Cloves garlic | |
1 | teaspoon | Ground cloves |
2 | teaspoons | Ginger |
1½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
1½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients except the spices in a large kettle and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add the spices and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Check the seasoning and texture and cook longer if it needs thickening. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
