6 | Cloves garlic; peeled | |
1 | pint | Olive oil |
2 | Sprigs fresh rosemary |
Directions
2 chipotles and 6 peeled cloves of garlic in 1 pt olive oil (soak peppers in hot water for 20 minutes). Add 2 sprigs fresh rosemary. Let steep in a cool, dark place (not the fridge) for at least a week before using.
